Effective Date: September 25, 2026
By applying to or participating in the Proper & Rogue Clubhouse Affiliate Program, the affiliate agrees to these rules and any additional written brand instructions.
Applicants must:
No minimum follower count is required. Approval is based on content quality, authenticity, audience fit, professionalism, and brand alignment. Approval is discretionary and may be revoked under these rules.
Approved affiliates receive:
Special opportunities are not guaranteed and may depend on activity, sales performance, content quality, and campaign availability.
To activate and maintain affiliate status, an affiliate must:
Two or more consecutive months of inactivity may result in the account being paused or removed. The brand may excuse inactivity or approve a different content schedule in writing.
Affiliates may only describe personal experience with a Proper & Rogue item they have actually worn, used, or inspected.
Affiliates must personally wear or inspect an item before reviewing its fit, comfort, material, construction, or performance.
Opinions must be honest. Affiliates are not required to make only positive statements, but all statements must be fair, accurate, respectful, and based on genuine experience.
Every promotional post must clearly disclose the affiliate's relationship with the brand.
Acceptable disclosures include:
Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand, placed near the endorsement and before the affiliate link when practical, visible without requiring someone to click more, written in the same language as the endorsement, and included even if the platform provides a paid-partnership tool.
For video content, the disclosure must be visible in the video and spoken when reasonably practical. For Stories or temporary content, it must appear clearly on every promotional frame. During live streams, it must be repeated periodically. Terms such as ambassador, collab, partner, gifted, or a discount code by itself may not be sufficient disclosure.
Affiliates are encouraged to:
Affiliatesmay not misrepresent fabrics, features, sizing, inventory, delivery dates, manufacturing origin, or performance; call an item waterproof when it is only water-resistant; present an unreleased or preorder item as immediately available; alter logos; or promote counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise.
Affiliates should create original, useful, brand-appropriate content that helps customers understand the product honestly. Content may include demonstrations, routines, styling, personal reviews, educational posts, email recommendations, and approved campaign participation.
Affiliates must follow current brand instructions, use accurate prices and availability information, and promptly correct outdated or inaccurate content when notified.
Affiliates earn 10 percent of the qualifying net product subtotal after discounts. The standard attribution window is 30 days.
Commission is not paid on:
The 15 percent customer discount applies only to a new customer's first eligible order and may be used once per customer. It may not be combined with another discount unless the brand expressly allows the combination.
When more than one affiliate is involved, the personalized discount code used at checkout receives attribution. If no code is entered, the platform's tracked referral attribution controls.
Commissions remain pending until the applicable return and refund period has passed. Approved commissions are paid monthly on Net-15 terms, meaning payment is scheduled within 15 days after the close of the applicable monthly commission period. Affiliates are responsible for providing required tax and payment information and reporting their own income.
Affiliates may promote approved launch and preorder products.
Affiliates must clearly identify a product as a preorder when applicable, use only production and delivery information supplied by Proper & Rogue, avoid guaranteeing delivery dates, and direct customers to the current product page for fulfillment, cancellation, and refund details.
Commission is earned only when the preorder remains valid and is not canceled, refunded, returned, or charged back.
Affiliates may not:
Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use approved logos, product photos, descriptions, and promotional materials solely for authorized affiliate promotion.
Affiliates may not change a logo's design, proportions, colors, or wording; sell unauthorized branded merchandise; claim ownership of brand materials; provide assets to unauthorized third parties; or continue using brand materials after leaving the program.
All brand ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with the brand or its legal owner.
The affiliate retains ownership of original content they create.
By tagging the brand or submitting affiliate content, the affiliate grants the brand nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to repost that content organically on its website, email, and social channels with reasonable attribution.
Use of affiliate content in paid advertising, product packaging, or major commercial campaigns requires additional permission unless separately agreed in writing.
Affiliates may explain how to use their code or link but may not make decisions about returns, refunds, order changes, product safety concerns, shipping problems, guarantees, or wholesale accounts. Those matters must be directed to the brand's official customer-service channel.
Affiliates may receive advance information about products, campaigns, prices, or release dates. Information identified as confidential or not yet public may not be shared until the brand authorizes its release.
Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of the brand.
Participation does not guarantee income, free merchandise, sponsorships, exclusivity, or continued acceptance. Affiliates may not enter agreements or make commitments on behalf of the brand.
The brand may review affiliate content for compliance. If content violates these rules, the brand may require correction, a proper disclosure, removal of an inaccurate claim, removal of the content, or a pause in promotion until the issue is resolved.
Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and forfeiture of commissions connected to prohibited or fraudulent activity.
Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time.
After termination, the affiliate must stop presenting themselves as active, remove active affiliate links and unauthorized brand materials when requested, stop using confidential information, and stop using the brand's names or marks in paid advertising.
Legitimately earned and approved commissions will ordinarily remain payable. Commissions resulting from fraud, self-referrals, prohibited conduct, chargebacks, or violations may be denied.
The brand may revise commission rates, discounts, eligibility requirements, attribution rules, payout timing, and these program terms by providing reasonable notice. Continued participation after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
